Convenient location.

A very helpful young lady helped us with our parking in the underground parking spot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room was rather small for two older people, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location is good for families because there are plenty of activities and a beach for children.

Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange! I tried the new password they gave me but it didn’t help. The issue is that the WiFi is spotty in places. If you really need WiFi then be aware of this.

Chic but good be very chic with a little more

We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hîtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer

Fine for the one night

The hotel was ok for one night. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was small but well decorated and clean. The issue was the additional charge for parking which came as a surprise upon check-in.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The price was expensive for the quality, We requested a second night and was told it would be breakfast included for the second day, Upon check out we were given a bill for an additional 25 euros for the breakfast. The proprietor denied telling us the 140 euro did not include breakfast.

Nice hotel near Marina area

Nice hotel, and very near the marina, etc in Cap D'Agde. The staff were very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, taxis, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

one night stopover

it was for a 1 night stopover on the outskirts of Paris on the way back from the south of France. the hotel is very tired and needs a makeover. particularly the bathrooms. I am not complaining at all but there was no plug in the sink and only 2 towels. there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom but no where to plug it in. however as I was only stopping for one night it was of no concern to me. the bed was lovely and comfortable I have no complaints there at all. all in all a fairly pleasant stay

The room was nice and clean. The staff at reception lovely and the location absolutely fantastic. However we could not stay more than one night as the dated aircon was extremely loud.

The place to sleep

Room is clean. Location is good. If you just expect place to sleep from this hotel, I can recommend you. The problem is the staff. Only one staff can speak English. And even in the emergency case, most of the staff will not speak English and do not call the staff that can speak English. Consequently, they are totally useless in the cases that you need communication with in English.

Good position

We had room 40 which had a small balcony with room for 2 chairs and a table. The room had everything we needed Our only complaints would be that Internet was a little intermittent and the room was noisy overlooking the roundabout. We would book again as the hotel is in a good position near to the bars and restaurants

Un peu decu par rapport a la facturation

Un accueil tres chaleureux, une chambre propre et une literie adulte tres bien. Cependant de gros points nĂ©gatif qui m'ont decu pour un hotel avec autant d'etoiles et a ce prix. Demande d'un lit bebe a la reservation pour mon nouveau nĂ© de 2 mois, je me retrouve a payer 15€ par nuit pour un lit parapluie, une couette pliee en 3 en guise de matelas et un drap plie en 2 en guise de couverture. Du coup mon bebe n'as pas dormi dans ce lit par manque de securitĂ©. Quand j'en ai parler au standards on me dis a je ne comprend pas que ca vojs derange et on as jamais de bĂ©bĂ©. Alors pourquoi proposer une perstation bĂ©bĂ© et la facturer... Une clilatisation en face du lit qui nous as projetĂ© son air dans le visage toute la nuit malgres que l'on ai essayĂ© diffĂ©rents rĂ©glages. On parle de chambre insonorisĂ©es. Mais la rue est assez brillante, et malgres les efforts de l'hotel on as beaucoup entendu les bruits extĂ©rieurs. Un parking que l'on as paye 18€ par jour. Super le forfait de l'hotel nous as permis d'avoir une facture de stationnement moins salĂ© ; mais a chaque fois les tickets de sorti de parking que l'hotel nous a donnĂ© ne fonctionnĂ© pas. L'accueil au standar est tres agreable.
