Charming apartment 50 m2, 1 bedroom in an old mansion,
Apartment on the 2nd floor of an old mansion with view of the swimming pool and the garden (work on the apartment was completed in spring 2013). Everything is almost new and pleasantly decorated.

Well ventilated and openwork, its windows have a view of the swimming pool and equipped summer kitchen which will allow you to have breakfast or to grill by the pool. Further afield, beyond the village, we can see the old Cap d'Agde volcano.







The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

Beautiful gîte, cozy village

27 rue de Mèze is a beautiful place, where a lot of effort has gone into renovation, decoration (all four gîtes have their own design profile), and care. We stayed two weeks, the first one in one of the large units on the ground and first floor and the second in a smaller, third floor unit. Everything is sparkly clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the pool and garden area lovely and well-kept. Barbara is a generous host, very easy to communicate with, invited all guests to an apéro, serving their own wine, and even provided sachets of local herbs for cooking. Pomérols is a small and cozy village, with a popular restaurant in the market square, a very good boulangerie (there are two, we preferred La grange des pains, a short walk from the gîte), and a well-stocked SuperU. We have spent the majority of our summer holidays in Herault the last 15 years, and would warmly recommend the area, the village, and most of all this gîte.

Maison charmante entre vignobles et mer

Une belle maison avec son histoire familiale, décorée avec soin et amour. Le gîte, le jardin, tout est très bien amenagé. De plus, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et les vélos qui ont été à disposition.

Wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hält das Anwesen außerordentlich in Ordnung. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und eine Oase der Erholung. Die Außenküche überaus praktisch. Alles in allem ein ganz besonderer Ort.

Een heel erg fijn verblijf. Echt overal is aan gedacht.

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Een enorm vriendelijke gastvrouw. Wij hadden de bamboekamer. Een heerlijke kamer met alles erop en eraan. Een fijne douche, hele complete keuken, nieuwe airco in de slaapkamer, private parking, een heerlijk zwembad met water van 28 graden Celsius, buitenkeuken helemaal compleet, met koelkasten, barbecue etc. Met een woord fantastisch! Ook niet onbelangrijk de supermarkt die enorm groot is, 5 minuten rijden en je heb alles. Een echte aanrader! Peter en Yom 28/06/2022

We hebben een heerlijk weekje doorgebracht op deze locatie. Leuke uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes aan plaatsen in de buurt (Marseille, Cap, Sete). Heerlijk appartement, goed bed, fijn zwembad en complete buitenkeuken. Contact met de gastvrouw was goed!

Un petit coin de paradis

Troisième séjour pour notre petite famille à Pomérols et c'est toujours parfait. Appartement magnifiquement décoré où il ne manque rien. La climatisation est un plus. La piscine et les extérieurs sont superbement entretenus. Un grand merci à Barbara et Franck pour votre accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons chez vous, c'est sûr.

Superbe séjour de vacances

Appartement au calme très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée, jardin clos, très jolie piscine ... et un grand plus : la cuisine équipée à l'extérieur. A proximité à pied la boulangerie et le producteur de tomates. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires ... un apéritif dinatoire est organisé le jour de l'arrivée. Appartement à louer ... et à relouer !!

Madame bonnet est très accueillante, arrangeante ( sur les heures d arrivée et de depart) La maison est très propre, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut même un lave vaiselle c est dire!! Espace piscine très sympa. Très bon séjour, bref n'hésitez pas à réserver. C est même plus beau en vrai que sur les photos.

Location idéale pour passer des vacances réussies

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Tout est vraiment très propre, rien ne manque (lit bébé (état vraiment impeccable), climatisation efficace, four, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle!!) et les propriétaires sont disponibles sans être trop présents. Le petit plus: le lit est déjà fait quand vous arrivez (un lit de 160, c est appréciable et en plus avec vu sur les étoiles!). Notre bébé a apprécié d'avoir des jouets déposés à son attention. Les propriétaires avaient même organisés un apéritif avec les autres locataires à notre arrivée. La piscine est très bien entretenue, agréable et au calme. La déco a été faite avec beaucoup de gout et nos vacances n'auraient pu être mieux réussies. Nous reviendrons à la prochaine occasion. Merci encore pour tout et bonne continuation (et bonnes vacances aux chanceux futurs vacanciers) Virginie, Alain et Thibault

Maison de charme pleine d'histoire

Très jolie maison décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. La piscine est super. Tous les locataires sont respectueux entre eux et permet de profiter du calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et sont à votre disposition en cas de besoin. La région offre de multiples activités entre mer et montagne... Je recommande fortement cette résidence.
