Stunning villa in a fantastic location
We spent two enjoyable weeks here in August 2017 on a family holiday. We were 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room inside and out to mean we weren't under each others' feet.
The villa is very modern and comfortable with air conditioning throughout which made it easy to sleep on even the warmest nights. Security was not an issue with electronic access gates and electronic shutters on all windows. The bedrooms have a boutique hotel feel and are all pretty big. While using the showers was a slightly odd experience for some, having one in every bedroom meant there was never a need to queue.
The outdoor seating area was perfect for meals - especially breakfast bought from an excellent boulangerie (Chez Regine), an energetic short walk towards Le Grau. There's a huge Hyper U a few minutes drive away making it really easy to pop out to pick up food to cook in the reasonably well equipped kitchen or on the BBQ.
The pool is a good size and there is plenty of space to relax in the sun. One of the best things about the villa is its location. It's a good 20 minutes walk to the restaurants (well worth it though) on the river but the beach is practically on the doorstep, accessed by a private road. The beach itself is quiet due to a lack of public access - you can see the crowds to the east and west where the public car parks are. The sea is shallow quite a way out which is perfect for children to be safe in but eventually gets deep enough for adults to swim in.
We might have been a bit unlucky with the weather as it was very windy for a number of days which made it impossible to put up the parasol or awning making finding shade quite tricky. On the hot days though, the pool reached 30 degrees which was very pleasant indeed.
Christine and Stephane were very welcoming and always happy to help with any query.

Entspannter strandnaher Familienurlaub
Als Familie mit drei Kindern zwischen 8-15 Jahren haben wir unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang an sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Christine und Stephane empfangen. Wir erhielten eine freundliche Einweisung in das Haus und den Garten. Auch der nahegelegene Strand wurde uns gezeigt. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben viel Zeit im schönen Garten verbracht u.a. mit Tischtennis. Außerdem haben wir viel Zeit am Strand verbracht und haben häufig, das im Haus vorhandene StandupPaddle genutzt. Die Umgebung inkl. Strand war schön, ruhig, sauber und ordentlich. Wir konnten abends am Strand wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge bewundern.

Great place for a relaxing vacation
We were two families with four kids from 6 to 10 years and stayed for two weeks. The place was perfect for us with the huge living/dining room and the four bedrooms. The house was wonderfully quite at night.
The proximity to the beach is great, as is the own pool. There were enough sun beds, tables, chairs for our large group. Having a garage for two cars really helps in the hot climate - or for a round of table tennis without sun or wind.
Our landlords were always quick to reply and very helpful. When there were issues, they were great at solving them well and quickly.
Smaller issues that could have been even better (but really did not spoil our fun):
- a pool cleaning after the first week (or a device for us to do it ourselves)
- a third toilet for 8 people
- a Remote Control for the garage
Overall, we had a great vacation and would have gladly stayed longer. :-)

Allez-y les yeux fermés!
Un accueil très chaleureux et agréable de la part de Christine et Stéphane, encore une fois un grand merci à vous deux. La villa moderne est vaste, bien sécurisée, superbement équipée et des finitions de très grande qualité. Le bien est très bien localisé, à 30 mètres d'une magnifique plage, des petits commerçes dans les alentours directs, une grande surface à 3 minutes en voiture. Egalement très bien située pour visiter les différents points touristiques au et tout autour du Cap D' Agde. Bon bref, je pense que tout est dit avec le titre de l'appréciation.
