Very pleasant PĂ©rigord house, authentic architecture, relaxing, bright, comfortable (fully equipped kitchen, 107 cm plasma screen, leather armchairs, barbecue, espresso machine, living room speaker) large bay windows on the terrace with a large table for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The advantages of the house: pool access “drop of water” shared with another gite (small committee, bucolic atmosphere, calm and family, protected) on the site: natural spring, view of Chñteau des Milandes, beaches & sunny terraces & clear exposure due south for sunbathing. Access also to an enclosed garden with games for children.

House Located in Saint Vincent de Cosse 12 km from Sarlat la Caneda, a small village in the center of the valley of the castles. Less than 6 km from the house; 5 exceptional castles: Beynac, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, Les Milandes, La Roque Gageac.
Advantages of the location: Ultra-fast access to the most beautiful historical sites, sports activities on site (swimming, canoeing, mountain biking, hiking and many others ...), departure point for hot air balloon flights to admire the castles. Gourmet restaurants and traditional shops ultra close by.

I stayed at this property with my 18 year old son for 8 nights. It's was absolutely wonderful! The house is cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed all of the different areas to sit outside. Having a pool on the roperty was an added bonus. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in lovely French village! Loved the pool every day after exploring the region.

Amazing, would definitely stay again! Really enjoyed using the outdoor grill ! One small suggestion would be to have BBQ utensils for the outdoor grill.

Ein PĂ©rigord-typisches Haus mit viel Platz - drinnen und draußen; auf der Terrasse vor dem Wohnbereich, im großen Garten mit SpielgerĂ€ten gegenĂŒber oder auf den höher gelegen Terrassen. Kurzer Weg mit den Koffern in Haus. Auch strategisch sehr gute Lage zwischen Beynac und Saint Cyprien. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Super localisation pour ce super logement jardin piscine..avec des hîtes trùs sympas qui se situe autour de Sarlat à Saint Vincent de Cosse. Proche de tous les grands chñteaux, Beynac, Marqueyssac, Chñteau de Castelnaud, Les Milandes, exceptionnel !!! les Gabarres etc
 Et de plus tranquille au mois de septembre. Magnifique ce Perigord Noir, on ne s’en lasse pas !!

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic time. Thibault was very kind, helpful and responsive. The house is amazing, we also enjoyed the terrace and pool very much. The place is perfectly located to visit all the nice spots in the Dordogne. We can definitely recommend going there.

Idyllisches Haus in guter Lage

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique propriété

Françoise et Thibault ont Ă©tĂ© adorables. La maison est une vieille demeure sur plusieurs niveaux dotĂ©e d’un moulin du 16e (de mĂ©moire). Jardin accessible pour les enfants avec vue depuis la maison pour les surveiller si besoin. Piscine en hauteur avec vue sur la rĂ©gion. Le moulin est idĂ©alement placĂ© pour rayonner sur toute la rĂ©gion Ă  quelques kms de Beynac (chateau) et St Cyprien (abbaye et marche le dimanche matin). On a adorĂ© le lieu, la Dordogne et partager un peu de nos vies avec Thibault sur la terrasse autour d’un verre
