Sad Experience on oolur family’s sad day

The hotel desk associate was not friendly. The tv in the room didn’t work and the bed was uncomfortable. I was there for my mother’s funeral and spent 150 on a room that wasn’t worth more than 50 dollars. So sad this happened during a tough time for our family and we booked 4 rooms there.

We almost had to leave. My VISA card was declined. My friend said a few things and we were approved a room. They could have had more of a selection of the continental breakfast. Not much of a selection to choose from. Otherwise, everything was great.

Could not check in early and the person who I talked to did not have service with a smile. Facilities are updated and very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and housekeeping walked in before we checked out. Beautiful hotel but lacking personality!

This was a gem of a hotel. We were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. Check in was efficient. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and substantial!

I liked that it was convenient to the highway. I was a guest for a week for my stay in North Dakota. Even though most of what I had planned during my stay was quite a distance away, I booked it because it was more or less central to everything I had planned to do while I was there. East, west and North (into Canada).
