Maison de village près du parking

Une maison simple, à l'aménagement vieillot (electricite pas du tout aux normes...).Le logement était sale à notre arrivée. Alèses et oreillers negligés. Fenetre de chambre qui ne ferme pas, balcon inacessible certes (précisé dans annonce), mais accès fermé par des chaines aux fenetres qu'on ne peut ouvrir. Necessiterait un gros coup de neuf et d'entretien ! Le devant de la maison / terrasse idem, n'est pas entretenu, dommage et donne sur un des parkings de stationnement du village. Peu d'équipement dans la maison (mixer, plats de vaisselle, essoreuse à salade, fer à repasser, etc: absents). Le village de Beuil est néanmoins agréable et le logement bien situé pour les promenades. Le prix reste accessible.

Que du bonheur

Petite maison dans le fond d'une place. Bien que cette place soit un parking, la tranquillité est suffisamment là pour apprécier une plancha dans le jardin donnant accès à la maison. Le parking est réellement très calme et ne génère aucune nuisance. La maison est bien équipée et se situe surtout en plein centre village et dans un village très très bien situé pour faire de bonnes ballades. Le recours à la voiture est donc restreint, même si nécessaire. Bref, un endroit que je recommande avec en plus la gentillesse de la propriétaire ce qui complète un séjour très agréable. Seul point négatif et cela ne concerne en rien la location : ne pas compter sur l'office de tourisme de Beuil qui brille par son incompétence.

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est un véritable plus, bien que très petit et donnant sur la place où sont garées beaucoup de voitures (mais étant donné la centralité de la maison, c'est normal). Le petit balcon, en revanche, n'est pas trop utilisable.

Ce gîte est très sombre et humide. Le confort est minimal (pas de table de nuit, ni de lampe de chevet, par ex). Il est cher par rapport au confort et à sa situation. Par contre, beaucoup d'indications pour ballades et activités à l'intérieur. Le village est agréable. Il y a de belles randonnées à faire dans le coin.

Maison charmante et confortable située dans un très joli village de montagne. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la maison, la pièce principale est très agréable à vivre. De nombreuses randonnées sont à faire au départ du village. Idéal pour passer d'agréables vacances au calme entre amis ou en famille.
