Hotel seems understaffed. Trash bags in the hallways, spa not working, our room was cleaned 2 days out of 4. Staff very nice though.

This is a mixed review since overall the hotel was really nice. The thing that I really didn't like about it, was the check in process. I had 2 rooms reserved and arrived at the hotel at around 6 pm to hear that none of the rooms were ready. I then saw that there were several (about 8-10) people in the lobby waiting to get their rooms and some said they had been there since about 3 pm. We finally got one of our rooms at approximately 8 pm and the other room was not ready until about 10 pm. The hotel itself and the amenities were really good, but that check in process and bad attitude of the staff is totally unacceptable.

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had called ahead to inform them that we needed a cot and requested an early check-in. When we arrived the front desk staff said we could not check in early. When I informed her that we had called ahead, she said we could check in but the room assigned to us wasn't ready but she could give us another one. The room was clean and everything was in working order. Coffee in the lobby area was good. They have a bar that opens in the evening, I had to tell the bartender how to make a white russian, but he was friendly about it. Our kids enjoyed the work out and pool areas.

Check-in went smoothly. However, the tv in the bedroom did not work. I asked them to look into this on the first morning there, but they did. It still did not work the second night, though the tv in the sitting room did. There was also several bags of trash under the sink. They also did not provide any room service while we were there. They only provided two towels and they were never replaced and the bed was not made while we were out the whole day on Saturday. Also, when we got back on Saturday from skiing, our keys no longer worked, so we had to wait through the line of 10+ trying to check-in just to get our keys fixed. Overall, this was a terrible experience and will not choose this location again.
