Why offer kitchenette's without any pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups or silver ware? There wasn't even a coffee machine! Every hotel has a little coffee machine expect yours. Maybe you are unclear on the functions of a kitchenette.

Nice location! Clean and comfortable! Breakfast was simple!

Years ago, we had enjoyed a long-term stay in another Extended Stay, and so we figured one night would be a reliable choice for our short trip. We loved everything about the hotel except the MAJOR deal-breaker: the toilets. I've seen the water-saving models before, but theirs is TERRIBLE. In our first room, it kept clogging with minimal toilet paper. We had to let it drain for an hour before we would dare try to flush it again. This went on for three hours. The last time we flushed it at 10 p.m., the water shot up 4 FEET into the air, soiling the towels hanging on the rack above the toilet. Fed up, we packed up and asked the front desk for a new room. The clerk offered us a plunger. Again we asked for a new room, even willing to take a Smoking-permitted room. He said that transferring us would mess up their multi-night bookings. We promised we would be out by 10 a.m. We finally got a new room. The first thing my husband did was add a bit of toilet paper to the new room's toilet. It clogged immediately on the flush. By now it was late, and we were exhausted from our travels. We ended up just using the toilet without flushing to prevent an overflow. It was awful. I literally fled the room the next morning.

Our room still had a full trash can inside of the kitchen area. The carper was wet also. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and when Spoke to the manager, he told me they have no security cameras so he wouldn't know. I told him the elevator smelled extremely strong of marijuana. The only staff that was very helpful was Maureen. She did everything she could to make our stay more tolerable. Overall the hotel was just dirty and we felt dirty just being there. Also, we paid for a king bed and they gave us two full size beds instead. We asked to change it the second night, but they said they couldn't and gave us some excuse. The rest of the staff was extremely unapologetic and seemed like they really did not care about their customers.

Sparse accommodations: scratchy old sheets and blankets, linoleum floor, harsh florescent lighting, a kitchen by no silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.

I found a dirty sock under the bed as soon as i checked in.

Some shady characters around but I kept to myself. When the guy next to me at check in was paying cash I should have known.

Room was fine for an overnight stay and for my needs. Room and bathroom clean. Cleaner than in Rockville. If you've never stayed in an Extended Stay America, you need to accept that it means pets, long term residents, and a breakfast which consists of granola bars, individually wrapped muffins, apple/oranges, instant oatmeal, coffee/tea.

It was okay staff need to be nicer. They need to know how to treat a customer so that they can come back.

The staff are very nice. I was comfortable through out my stay. One of the front desk clerk, a young lady I have forgotten her name, was very nice and professional.
