Featuring an inviting post and beam style architecture and an open floor plan, this bi-level two bedroom unit is 940 square feet and has a spacious master bedroom suite on the upper level. Each unit offers a deck and a private entrance with mudroom for gear storage. Located close to many famous local restaurants and shops, Riverbend is a great lodging choice for your next visit to the Sunday River area.
Riverbend Condominiums has a strict no pet policy for renters, including emotional support animals. No exceptions will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
The Mountain Explorer Shuttle service has been discontinued.

Close to Sunday River, dated condo
This is a condo complex right on the road to Sunday river. Looks to have been built in 80's or 90's and this particular unit has not been updated. eg - many old appliances, some peeling paint in the shower. But - was comfortable, everything worked and the kitchen & bathrooms were well outfitted. There were also some board games. We had an issue with sulfur smelling water from hot water, but the maintenance company was very responsive and got it flushed. I also left behind my toilet kit and they were awesome and got it sent back to me.We had a good stay, but I just think the price to quality ratio might be a bit off.

Perfect size for my friend and I and our 4 kids. Shuttle was great- just wish it were a little more frequent
