Located in a quiet,peacful setting,surrouned by trees. This house is newly constructed, with heated ceramic floors, gas fireplace, modern big kitchen with an open floor plan. Located 10 minutes from Sunday River amenities, and within 5 minutes from the town of Bethel, you will feel completely removed from the bustle, but its close when you are ready. We have recently installed an EV charger (level 2), and hot tub to warm you up after a day on the mountain.
The vacation home features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
