The location of this property could not be beat! It was a short walk to the beach, making it easy to get back in when the rain started. There were plenty of bathrooms for our group, and the open plan on the 2nd floor made it a great gathering space for us. We loved having the pool table and the deck outside. Plenty of seating! It was very clean and most spaces looked newly renovated. One drawback was the tap water, which was discolored, so we had to use bottled water for drinking and bought ice. The AC was a little complicated to set, as it was warm upstairs and super cold downstairs - some instructions and sample settings would have been great. We couldn't get the combination quite right to keep the primary bedroom cool without freezing out the downstairs bedroom occupants. The grill needed lava rocks for additional heating/cooking, as it took a while to grill our burgers straight from the gas burners. Closing the sliding doors between the back deck and the primary bedroom and the dining area difficult. This is important because we were trying to prevent insects from coming in at night. Overall, it was a great place for our extended family to spend a few days at the beach. I'd recommend it highly. Just remember to bring your own drinking water and ice.
