Located on the seventh floor of Sea Colony's Brandywine House building (elevators and stair access). This condo is your ticket to beachfront paradise. Spend endless hours on your balcony with unobstructed ocean views, and an easy key-less entry access to your unit for your stay. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space.

This is our fourth time staying at sea colony and we usually rent through vacasa and have an easy check in and great stay. This rental company unfortunately was 15 min out of the way and we had to stop at two different places to receive all of check in stuff and badges. Then, we had to place the sheets on the beds ourselves which we’ve never had to do. The last thing I want to do when arriving to a beach house is travel even further for the keys and then make beds when I arrive, very disappointing. Outside of that, the condo met our needs and we enjoyed the views.

check-in process was not clear. I drove nearly 30 minutes to pick up my key only to find out it was a digital entry. know where was that explained we immediately had trouble with the digital entry only to be locked out on multiple occasions. at first resorted to leaving the door open but when we left one evening for dinner and locked it we were officially locked out. it took nearly 2 hours to get in.
