Wonderful home with an exceptional master suite and screened porch - our favorite spot. The location was terrific , just steps from the beach, encouraged many memorable beach evenings.

Great views of the beach from living room and bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach access across the street. About a 6 minute walk to downtown. We had a great time as a family!

Beautiful Beach House

We loved renting this house and hope to rent it again next year. Perfect location and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean and lots of space in the living room to spread out.

Great Location. Comfortable ambiance

Location cant be beat and perfect for a family with little ones. Few steps from beach. 5 mon walk to town. And quiet. We can’t recommend enough and will be booking again.

New Years Get Away

This was our 2nd year coming to Bethany for NYE but the 1st time renting this house. It absolutely amazing. The reservation, check in and check out process was very easy. Everything in the house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Bethany Beach

The location was amazing, the house was clean. Only thing that could have made it better is if the house had a porch. Only outdoor space is the small screened in porch off of the MBR.

The house was plenty enough space, clean, and within easy walking distance for beach and boardwalk.But the stove lights were not working. On of the bedroom ceiling fans was broken.Most importantly the main tv on the first floor while “technically “ a smart tv.. it was so old we could not stream apps nor connect our phones…. While the large tv in the primary bedroom was able to stream.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location - short walk from the house to the sand - no traffic to avoid - totally safe for everyone young and older. Rental house was immaculate and everything worked. Also, well stocked with day-to-day stuff like TP and paper towels as well as pots and pans, etc. Very spacious house - lots of room to spread out so everyone could do “their own thing” when not at the beach (reading, jigsaw puzzles, Fussball (soccer) on TV, relaxing and so on. Working summer rentals through Berkshire Hathaway is definitely a major (huge!) improvement over our previous experiences with other rental agencies in the area.
