39786 Loftland Lane perfectly saituated at the South end of Bethany where you can walk to everything! Recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath cozy getaway on the beach side of the highway. It's an easy 400 steps to the sand or a leisurely stroll or bike ride to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Take a dip in the community pool or enjoy internet TV and Wifi throughout. (The owner has just recarpeted (icy blue) and repainted walls upstairs!)
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
