Perfect location just steps from the beach and an easy walk into town. Host provided all information and instructions were easy to follow. With ages spanning from 8 months to almost 70, everyone could be accommodated and share in the house.

Great Family Vacation

This was our third year at this house. The house is very cozy and comfortable and well maintained. There were 13 adults and we were very comfortable. The owners are very accessible if there's a problem and quick to resolve any issues. Our family loves this house and the community - we've already booked it for next year!

Perfect for our family

We needed space for six adults, five kids, and our dog. The house at Ocean Village has comfortable living spaces and a well stocked kitchen. Everyone appreciated our close proximity to the beach and the view from the 2nd floor deck was beautiful. We plan to return for another stay in the near future.

Amazing weekend getaway!

This Oceanside getaway was the perfect weekend escape for my friends and I! Brett and Michelle are accommodating hosts and provided seamless communication and care. The house comfortably slept all guests, the decks were perfect for lounging and eating, the kitchen was spacious, and beach chairs and toys were provided! We will absolutely be back!

From the moment we arrived at the beach house, we knew we were in for a special experience. Nestled just steps from the shore, the property radiated warmth and charm, instantly making us feel at home. Family Beach Week

Our family loves this beach house! It is very well maintained and very comfortable for a large group. You can tell that the owners care about the property and want their guests to have a good visit. We're looking forward to returning for a third year (2025).

We loved the beach house, wonderful locstion just a short walk to the water, Michelle the owner was great to communicate with..Very private gated home development. Beautiful upstairs deck overlooking the ocean with fantastic views the house was very spacious inside, there is not alot of storage for your clothes as far as dressers ect...but the rooms do have closets.

Bad Weather, Still a great stay!!!

We rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. While the weather didn't cooperate fully, we still had a great time and even got some beach time. The location couldn't be better and the house was immaculate. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Thank so much for a special memorable time.

Great vacation home

Ocean Village is a lovely beach community, only one mile from the center of Bethany Beach. We had 12 people there for a week and we all had beds and plenty of space. We had one plumbing issue which was quickly addressed. Communication with Michelle was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be it would be really nice to have bureaus in the bedrooms for clothing. Otherwise, wonderful home!

Great Weekend Getaway

This is an excellent property for those with large groups. It is clean and mostly well furnished. The owners are very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was super easy. For the benefit of others looking to book this property, towels and bed linens are not provided. We just took out own, so not a big deal for us and the owner did provide rental options for them as well.

Fantastic beachfront house in Bethany.

This beachfront home was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms with nice beds and connecting bathrooms. Large, clean, and comfy communal space to cook and hang out together. Easy and direct access to the beach, and beautiful sunrise views from the upper deck. The owners were responsive and kind. We hope to return!

Paradise

There are no words to describe the experience of waking up to a sunrise over the ocean. This is a private beach house with all the amenities. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds are really comfortable. Perfect vacation paradise.
