Enjoy your next vacation at "Bayshore Breeze" a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom townhome located in South Bethany, near the Fenwick Island State Park, by York Beach Crossing. The state park allows for a quieter beach experience with surf fishing available if tagged. This stunning home is a short walk from the York Beach Mall with excellent dining options and a short walk to the beach. There are many places for you and your group to relax with a screened porch upfront, another screened porch in the back, a patio, and a balcony off of the master bedroom on the second floor to enjoy gorgeous south Bethany sunsets.
The 1st floor has a spacious living room with a sectional sofa and a large-screen TV perfect for a movie night. WIFI and Roku with YouTube TV are available for guests' use for streaming and major channels. The dining area seats 4 and can seat up to 8 with the chairs from the back porch. Additionally. there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you may need to cook from home, along with both slow-drip and Keurig coffee makers. The back screened-in porch has additional space to relax, along with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use
Upstairs, the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bath with a shower, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. There is a balcony off of the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has 2 XL twins and this bedroom extends to a living space with a comfortable queen futon, TV, and climate control. These living spaces share a hallway bathroom with a shower.
