Located on an island in the Waimea Estuary close to Richmond, Nelson and Mapua Camelot Island Retreat is incredibly peaceful and rural and the ideal base for adventures to the city centers, the vineyards and wineries and the Green Acres & Tasman Golf Courses.

A hot-tub, infrared sauna, kayaks and a breathtaking view of the Tasman Bay and Nelson Ranges from the waterfront garden and balconies will make you feel like Kings and Queens at Camelot.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Wow! 12/10. We were so impressed and so comfortable at Camelot and it felt like home. Everything is so well thought out, the kitchen has everything you could want (the coffee machine is a nice touch!) and the outdoor area was dreamy - not just for the spa, bbq area and views but also with the most incredible lawn ever. Paul and Dina are perfect hosts!

The most perfect vacation home

A gorgeous place that had everything we could have asked for. We had a wonderful weekend despite the weather. With a picturesque backyard and a well equipped house, Camelot was one of the best South Island stays we have been to. We are definitely coming back for a longer stay next year.
