Ground floor by 4 steps): living room-kitchen lounge area, fireplace (wood included), Wifi, one bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), a bathroom (shower and 2 sinks), WC separate. Upstairs: attic converted into a sub-slope (total height less than 1.80 m) with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (140 X 190 cm). Small balcony and large grounds. Private parking in front of the house for 2/3 cars. The original character of the attic, converted into a rest area under the roof, gives this house a mountain refuge character. The vast flat and wooded land is a pleasant living space in a beautiful natural setting. On the edge of a traditional hamlet in the Haute-Maurienne region, this beautifully restored country house boasts 250 m² of land with unobstructed views over meadows. No need to take your car for cross-country skiing or hiking, as the trails start from the house!
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
