Not good. Reception is closed in the evening and is therefore unable to handle questions or concerns. We also had two encounters within 20 minutes with folks under the influence of drugs.

Overall the stay was very good. The rooms were clean and large and for the price , very very good value. The reception staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was also good value. One minor issue was that you need to get a badge to access the car park, which is only available at check in - I found it a bit difficult to park nearby before checking in and then have to move the car later.

Great value in heart of Besançon!

Stayed here for an overnight stop. Arrived after reception had shut but access was easy via the instructions sent in advance. Room / apartment was spacious, clean and comfy. Location was exceptional and the reception were very helpful the following morning. Would stay again

What a lovely city. The hotel is quite basic. Kitchen has a couple of hobs and a microwave so basic cooking can be done. When we arrived the TV and the air conditioning were broken. We did get a new TV but the heat in the night was overpowering. If you want a quick one night stop then I would say its ok but I wouldn't do more than one night.

Family Stay

Hotel was good not too noisy and the price decent for the family of 4. Only issue was the heat wave that had repercussion on the room temperature (without air conditioning), but finally the night was not bad even with the windows opened. The extra bed was done with the sofa so not the best comfort but the kids did not seem to suffer.

Nice and cozy self catering

Self catering so dont expect too much luxury. Bed linen and towels changed only once a week. We stayed 6 nights and by the end you could have done with fresh towels and linen. Apart from that it was a cozy stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location to town centre and the new tram. Nice walks around the citadel

I would not recommend this hotel. The ventilation is poor, it seems like the same stale cooking odors are being transferred to all the rooms. There are no screens and the misquitos attached us at night. The tile floors were dirty, items were missing from the kitchen. The bed is old and sagging towards the middle. The hotel is in a nice location, however the supermarket is a long distance away. The staff were nice.

value for money in a very pleasant town/city

easy to find from the north - convenient car park under the hotel, which considering it was 35 degrees, was most useful. 2 adults and 2 large teenagers fond plenty of room to spread out.
