Das Personal wehr sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Das Hotel ist eine Augenweide. Der kleine See am Schloß wirkt sehr romantisch. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, speziell im Sommer. Wir waren zwar nur ein WE, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt , das es uns lĂ€nger vorkam. Einfach toll, weiter so.

Das Zittauer Gebirge ist immer ein Top Reiseziel. Allerdings wirkte unser Zimmer im Anbau sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Die Sauberkeit ist aber deswegen trotzdem sehr gut. Möbel und Auslegware sind in die Jahre gekommen. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant und modernem sehr aufwendigen Wellnessbereich. Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass die in Expedia gebuchten Zimmer sich nicht im Schloss sondern in einem Anbau aus den 90er Jahren befinden. Diese sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfĂŒgen auch weder ĂŒber einen Tresor, KĂŒhlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. Wenn man ein Zimmer im Schloss haben möchte, muss man direkt ĂŒber das Hotel buchen. Es gibt einen wirklich schönen und ganz modernen Wellnessbereich, leider trĂŒbt sich das Erlebnis , da man fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher und BademĂ€ntel eine zusĂ€tzliche GebĂŒhr (je 6 Euro pro Handtuch oder Bademantel) verlangt, also am besten selbst mitnehmen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und wir haben wirklich gut gegessen. Wir hatten alles in allem einen schönen Aufenthalt, der mit ein paar mehr Informationen zu den Zimmern vorab und ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Zimmern noch schöner gewesen wĂ€re. Alles in allem Gut, mit Raum zur Verbesserung.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. In ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt ist man im Zittauer Gebirge. Die Stadt Zittau ist ca. 8 km entfernt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Doppelbett. Ich hatte zweimal eine Mail geschickt, weil ich einen Tisch zum Abendessen reservieren wollte und bekam keine Antwort. Ich rief eine Woche vor unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel an und buchte Halbpension dazu. Dies wurde mir weder schriftlich noch am Anreisetag bestĂ€tigt. Wir aßen an einem Abend ĂĄ la Card. An einem anderen Abend waren wir in einer wunderschönen Pizzeria in Zittau. Dort hat es uns besser geschmeckt. An der Kommunikation mit den GĂ€sten vor Reisebeginn könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Vor Ort trafen wir allerdings auf ĂŒberaus freundliches Personal. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die beiden Auszubildenden, einen an der Rezeption und einen als Bedienung beim Abendessen.

Wir hatten hier 5 Übernachtungen im SpĂ€tsommer 2024 gebucht. Unser Zimmer, das Hotel und das geamte Umfeld haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung macht sie einen sehr gepflegten, sauberen und gemĂŒtlichen Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sind sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Sehr gut hat uns auch das FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Bereich des Schlosses gefallen. Es war durchgehend vielseitig, reichhaltig und lecker .

Schönes Hotel in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Park. Ordentliche Zimmer, sauberes ordentliches Bad. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gut und reichhaltig. Leider war die Auswahl zum Abendessen auf 3 Gerichte eingeschrĂ€nkt die vorab bestellt werden sollten. Das Essen war dann aber ok. Der Service im Restaurant war aber sehr gut. FĂŒr den Preis war das Paket aber sehr gut.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, einen sehr schönen Park. Alles rundherum ist gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber sehr sauber mit Dusche, Haartrockner und Seife am Waschbecken sowie Hair&Bodyshampoo in der Dusche, Marke: „Castelwood Hotels“. Die Zimmer im Anbau haben eine ebenerdige kleine Terrasse oder im 1.OG einen Balkon. Es gibt einen Fernseher und WLAN. Leider gibt es im Zimmer keinen MinikĂŒhlschrank oder Wasserkocher. Es stehen zwei GlĂ€ser auf dem Tisch aber leider kein GetrĂ€nk. Ich habe im Vorfeld davon gelesen und hatte Wasser mitgenommen. Ich finde nach so vielen Bemerkungen dazu, sollte das Hotel mal reagieren. Eine Flasche Wasser zur BegrĂŒĂŸung wĂ€re eine schöne Willkommensgeste und ist mittlerweile auch schon Standard in Hotels. Unser Zimmer wurde gereinigt, immer wenn wir das Schild raus gehĂ€ngt haben. Das war top. Auch ein Schild „Hund im Zimmer“ fanden wir gut, da wir mit Hund gereist waren. Der Hund kostet 10€ am Tag, was auch sehr angemessen ist. Nun zum Essen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck hat alles, was man braucht, nur die Platten mĂŒssten eher wieder befĂŒllt werden.Es fehlt anscheinend an Personal. Abendessen hatten wir nicht gebucht. Das Restaurant war leider nicht in Betrieb aber es sind viele GaststĂ€tten in der Umgebung. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können es empfehlen. Man kann super entspannen. In der Umgebung ist viel Wald und totale Ruhe.

Vielen Dank fĂŒr die tolle Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, der Service perfekt, das Essen reichlich und sehr erlesen und das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht. Großes Lob!
