Wir, eine fĂŒnfköpfige Familie, haben dieses Haus fĂŒr 10 Tage gemietet.Als erstes zur Vermieterin:Der Kontakt war tadellos. Sehr freundlich, schnelle Antworten bei einem Problem.Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe erfolgte kontaktlos.Als zweites zum Haus: es ist schon Ă€lter, aber in guten Zustand. Es waren ausreichend und ordentliche Betten vorhanden. Das Bad verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Badewanne, in der sich auch geduscht werden kann. Bei den WasserhĂ€hnen muss man die Temperatur mit einer Zweihandamatur einstellen.Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck sind mehr wie genug vorhanden.Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ist ein Fernseher, dieser ist in der Beschreibung allerdings auch nicht angegeben. GenĂŒgend Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es sowohl im Essbereich wie auch im Wohnbereich.Die StĂŒhle im Essbereich und auf der Terrasse sind allerdings recht unbequem.Auf der Terrasse wĂ€re eine Lieferung oder Ă€hnliches noch sehr angenehm gewesen.Der Garten ist wirklich wahnsinn. Viel grĂ¶ĂŸer noch als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wunderschön und ruhig.Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

un séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour au top dans cette maison en Ardennes ! La vue sur la prairie et l’étang est tout simplement superbe, un vrai havre de paix. L’endroit est calme, propre et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, avec tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire pour un sĂ©jour confortable. La literie est agrĂ©able, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer aprĂšs de belles balades dans les environs. De nombreuses visites et restaurants sympas sont accessibles Ă  proximitĂ©. Mention spĂ©ciale aux propriĂ©taires, trĂšs rĂ©actifs et attentionnĂ©s. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Zeer rustige cottage en zalige omgeving

Het verblijf was niet echt proper gekuist. En persoonlijke ontvangst met een beetje meer uitleg zou leuk zijn. Het gazon was te lang, maar na een berichtje naar de eigenares was dit dezelfde dag in orde (toppie). De cottage is super qua indeling maar het meubilair past niet bij dit alles, te oud en versleten. Ook de bedden zouden eens vervangen mogen worden.

Wat een rust hebben we ervaren. Prachtig uitzicht. We hadden de schaduw van de bomen echt nodig tijdens het warme weer. De BBQ is veel door ons gebruikt.

ist so eine Sache

Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei 14 und 16 Jahre alten MĂ€dels, dem 25 Jahre alten Bruder und uns Eltern. GrundsĂ€tzlich ein schönes Haus. Viel Schatten, auch an sonnigen Tagen einer schönen Wiese hinter dem Haus und dem Bach daneben. Das Haus klein aber in Ordnung. EG KĂŒchenzeile, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und WC. Oben Bad und drei SchlafrĂ€ume. Aufgrund der Infos der Vermieter ein guter Start, Liste abarbeiten und gut war. Betten selbst bezogen mit gemieteter WĂ€sche und fertig wars. Schöne Wanderungen und gutes Wetter waren ein wichtiger Aspekt. :-) Der Grill war hĂ€ufig in Benutzung. Was mich etwas gestört hat, kurz vor unserem "Einzug" ging wohl die Waschmaschine kaputt, das wurde uns erst auch Nachfragen mitgeteilt, sehe ich als nicht ideal an. Auch wurde dieses nicht in den Suchmaschinen eingebunden. Wir haben das geprĂŒft. Auf Nachfrage hat man sich zwar entschuldigt, Basis des Vertrages war aber die Maschine. Bin gespannt wie sich das noch entwickelt. GrundsĂ€tzlich gut, wenn man richtig Ruhe sucht. Unser Hund hat die Wiese genossen, wobei Zecken hier wohl ein stĂ€ndiger Gast sind. Waldgegend halt.

Wat een uitzicht!

Het huisje is gezellig en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer is adembenemend. We hebben er een goede week gehad en veel gewandeld. Minpunten waren de kwaliteit van het bed en het feit dat, zelfs met de twee elektrische radiatoren Ă©n de houtkachel aan, het huisje niet goed te verwarmen was in februari. Daar moet ik wel aan toevoegen dat we de radiatoren niet maximaal hebben open gezet in verband met de huidige hoge stookkosten.

Erg slechte ervaring gehad. Een verwaarloosde en vieze woning en zeer onvriendelijke eigenaresse.

De woning is erg vies, verwaarloosd en toont vele gebreken. Bij aankomst hebben we eerst moeten schoonmaken terwijl we 60 euro daarvoor hadden betaald. Ook was de gehele woning heel koud, klam en schimmelig. Het heeft 2 dagen geduurd voordat het een beetje aangenaam was qua temperatuur, we hebben daarvoor veel moeten stoken (electra en hout) waardoor we extra kosten hebben gemaakt. Beddengoed was goor, keukengerei plakte van het vet enz enz. Het enige positieve was het uitzicht en de omgeving. Als klap op de vuurpijl kregen we bij vertrek van de eigenaresse te horen dat we het bestek verkeerd hadden terug gelegd en beschadigingen zouden hebben aangebracht! We waren eigenlijk niet van plan om te klagen over de slechte omstandigheden maar toen zij deze beschuldigingen naar ons uitte, hebben wij gemeend om er toch werk van te maken. Heel erg jammer. Onze week is echt verpest.

Jammer, het had veel beter gekund

De woning was niet netjes, hebben eerst moeten stofzuigen en borden, kopjes, pannen en bestek afgewassen. Fornuis was vettig. Schimmel op het dakraam in de badkamer. Verder meubilair wat niet van deze tijd is, een houten tuinset als bankstel en 2 Ikea stoelen. Bedden oud en matrassen die er niet proper uitzagen en waarschijnlijk al jaren oud zijn, gezien de kuilen er in. Voor ons was dit een enorme domper op wat een leuk weekje vakantie zou moeten zijn. Het enige leuke was de locatie: mooi vrij in de natuur, op 500m van een dorpje.

Mooie locatie

Ruim huis met mooi uitzicht, op een hele rustige plek. Mooi uitgangspunt voor wandelingen in de bossen. Wel erg zachte matrassen en een harde bank. Maar de Ikea stoelen zaten prima.
