Fizemos o check-in antecipado, mas antes mandamos esta mensagem para ela:Bruna, espero que esteja bem Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a casa que alugamos na praia, localizada em Bertioga, Infelizmente, a experiência não correspondeu às nossas expectativas devido a vários problemas que encontramos durante nossa estadia.Primeiramente, gostaríamos de destacar a falta de higienização e manutenção da casa. Ao chegarmos, notamos que a casa estava em condições precárias de higiene, conforme enviamos pelo WhatsApp e com problemas de manutenção.Outro ponto importante é a falta de comunicação com o voce e o caseiro, Tentamos entrar em contato várias vezes para relatar os problemas e solicitar assistência, mas não recebemos resposta ou ação adequada.Do que relatamos da casa: estava suja , tapete da sala com sujeira, sofá empuerado, quintal com lodo, lixo empilhado na entrada da casa. piscina suja, dos 3 banheiros na casa , apenas 1 chuveiro em funcionando, cabeceira do quarto de baixo com mofo, passagem do corredor para a piscina sem o portão que apresentava nas fotos, obs: isso foi fundamental para a locação pois estamos com crianças.Corrimão da escada bambo, mesa e banco bambo, enfim há bastante pontos de melhoria que julgo ser importante para a pessoa que vai se hospedar se sentir confortável. Ps: Fizemos faxina na casa, mas o cheiro permaneceu forte.

As fotos são editadas por IA, em total divergência com a realidade. Na verdade, a casa é bem inferior as fotos. A casa precisa de Manutenção urgente (corrimão da escada solto, sem internet, geladeira interna não funciona, não possui tangue, piscina sem aspirar, sem maçaneta na porta de um dos quartos, não tem luz na churrasqueira, baixa iluminação na piscina e pouca iluminação no quintal). Não voltaria neste imóvel.
