Morada da Praia is a condominium with a wide range of services such as supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, medical outpatient clinic, pizzeria, hamburger, swimwear and culinary restaurants.
Japanese and Italian, just two blocks from the house at the Association Headquarters.
The access to the beach is made with total security by a private condominium walkway.
