Slab house with high ceilings and sloping, ensures excellent lighting and ventilation, ceiling fans in all rooms, tiled floors and easy to maintain, four bedrooms and three suites and a bathroom, a balcony with integrated living room and kitchen, two bedrooms in the back of the house and two suites in a comfortable 'cottage. Large garden with terrace (200m2) space to house several vehicles, deck and garden shower. Furniture masonry allows convenience and ventilation, producing no mold or fungus. Slate floors and ceramics, allowing easy maintenance. Two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and another in the Service Area.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a ceiling fan.
