Welcome to Berry Beach Farm, a beautiful 5-bedroom house set on 25 acres, located in close proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Berry.

The perfect property for a getaway, offering entertaining areas inside and outside, a solar heated pool, outdoor firepit and a double-sided open fire in the main living room.

Berry beach farm is a large family home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large TV/Games room for the kids (big and small), 2 separate living areas, 2 outdoor seating areas and lots of outdoor space to kick the football, run around, organise games, ride bikes or just walk through the forest. We have an outdoor BBQ and large fully fenced pool area.

​There is an outdoor fire pit for those milder evenings and the property is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating and a double-sided open fireplace in the lounge room.

Not up to scratch

I contacted the agents when we first arrived as mats, windows, cushions were not clean, and there were holes in screen doors, and some screen doors were missing.They sent a tradesperson the next day, who replaced two screen doors. He said the others had been sent away to be fixed but we saw them in the shed on the last day.The location is great, but the maintenance has not been kept up eg. button missing on BBQ, meaning we had to find a stick to use to be able to turn it on, not all burners on stove working, and the issues mentioned. The gardens have not been looked after.When you pay so much money for a special experience for the family, you expect more.
