The sea is about an hour's drive away. This renovated family home combines charm and comfort to offer you a pleasant and relaxing setting. It is attached to the owner's house: attentive and discreet, she will ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and will welcome you warmly. Entirely on one level (one step to access the kitchen), it features a large enclosed courtyard-terrace of approximately 70 m², facing south, to fully enjoy the mild Occitan evenings. Inside, the cottage includes: _An entrance hall with a closet leading to all rooms, _A bright living room with a sitting area and a dining area, _A fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine), _A bedroom with a double bed, _A bedroom with two single beds, _A bathroom with a toilet.
