Welcome to Hammond by the Sea, affectionately known as Pop's Place, a delightful holiday house located in the charming coastal town of Berrara. This spacious and pet-friendly retreat offers the perfect setting for your holiday, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen (fitted & flat sheets/pillowcases) and towels are not supplied (please contact our office to organise laundry services)
- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available
- Pets are allowed (Outside only)
- No smoking inside the house
- No garage access

Inside:
As you step inside Hammond by the Sea, you'll be invited by the atmosphere and coastal-inspired decor. The house boasts a generous layout, providing ample space for families or groups of friends. The four bedrooms are tastefully furnished, offering cozy and relaxing retreats after a day of beachside adventures. With comfortable beds and quality rooms, a restful night's sleep is guaranteed.

Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the large and well-equipped kitchen. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply enjoy cooking a casual meal, you'll find everything you need, including modern appliances and ample counter space. The open-plan design allows for easy interaction with family and friends while preparing delicious dishes.

The inside of the house is fully wheelchair accessible and flat, providing easy movement throughout all indoor areas. Please note that there are steps leading to the outdoor area and the front door.

Outside and location:
One of the most enticing features of Hammond by the Sea is its proximity to the beach. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters that make Berrara so special. Spend your days sunbathing, building sandcastles, or taking refreshing dips in the ocean.

As a pet-friendly property, Hammond by the Sea welcomes your furry friends. However, please note that pets are allowed outside only to preserve the cleanliness and comfort of the house. The large fenced yard provides ample space for your pets to explore and play safely.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
