Das Objekt ist ein für die Gegend typisches Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an der Innenausstattung der Räumlichkeiten zu sehen ist. Ansonsten für Kinder optimal, es gibt viel im und ums Haus zu spielen und entdecken. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung.
