Herzlich Willkommen auf unserem Bauernhof. Unser Hof berfindet sich in Einzellage und wunderschöner Umgebung zwischen Bernau und Aschau. Direkt vom Hof aus kann man Wanderungen zur Kampenwand und gemütlichen Almhütten unternehmen. Ausserdem bieten sich am Hof viele (ent)spannende Freizeitaktivitäten: - Naturbadeteich mit der Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen und Ausspannen. - Milchviehbetrieb und Pferdehaltung mit der Möglichkeit zum Reiten - Liegewiese und Terrasse mit Grill weitere Aktivitäten in der Nähe: - Hallenbad "BernaMare", Minigolf, Strandbad, Chiemsee Schifffahrt (in den Sommermonaten) und Tennis in Bernau - ca. 3 km zur Kampenwandbahn mit Skigebiet, Schlittenfahren und Wandergebiet - Hallenbad Prienavera ca. 4km Helle, großzügige und barrierefreie Ferienwohnung in neuem Gästehaus. Der Eingang ist ebenerdig und die Türen mindestens 90 cm breit. Von der Wohnküche aus, die teilweise unterfahrbar und mit erhöhter Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank ist, erreichen Sie die Terasse. Die Terasse ist ebenfalls ohne Stufen. Schlafzimmer mit Fenster bis zum Boden und einem Wendekreis von min. 150 cm. Eines der zwei vorhandenen Badezimmer ist barrierefrei: Badewanne, Waschbecken höhenverstellbar mit Haltegriffen, ebenerdige Dusche mit Klappstuhl. Semmelservice möglich. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Parkplatz. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind zwei Einzelbetten. Die Ferienwohnung hat zwei Bäder. Im kleineren Bad ist eine Dusche, ein WC und Waschbecken und ein Handtuchtrockner. Das barrierefreie Bad hat eine Badewanne, ein höhenverstellbares Waschbecken mit Kippspiegel und Haltegriffe neben dem Becken. Die ebenerdige Dusche hat eine Bewegungsfläche von mind. 1,50 m. Die Duschwände können nach aussen oder innen geklappt werden. In der Dusche befindet sich ein Klappstuhl und Haltegriffe. Das Dusch-WC hat eine Fönfunktion und die Temperatur des Wassers kann man auch regeln. Neben dem WC sind Haltegriffe, die man auch nach oben klappen kann. Auch der Aufenthaltsraum und die Terasse sind rollstuhlgerecht. Gerne bringe ich Semmeln auf Wunsch, entsorge Ihren Müll und bringe Ihre Wäsche ins UG zum Waschen. - Sofern Sie das wünschen.
