Im Sommer erreichen Sie den See in nur 15 Fußminuten bequem über die idyllische Birkenallee. Die Ortsbushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (für unsere Gäste kostenlos!). Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der Kurgarten mit Lesehalle und Musikpavillon sowie Kneippanwendungen. Ein Spielplatz und eine moderne Minigolfanlage findet man hier ebenso, wie einen großen Geomantie- und Wünschelrutenlehrweg. Unser Appartement ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Facetten des Wintersports. Nur wenige Autominuten entfernt befinden sich die großen Skizentren, wie z.B. Ski-amadé, Kitzbühel, St. Johann, Reit im Winkl, unser Hausberg KAMPENWAND mit der ehem. Deutschen Meisterschaftsstrecke. Die Kampenwand ist "naturbelassen" und ein "Naturschnee-Eldorado" für den alpinen Sport. Ein Abstellraum im EG des Appartements verwahrt Ihre Wintersportgeräte. Das Appartement verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang und auch über einen privaten Stellplatz für Gäste. Das Appartement ist im 1. Stock als Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ausgebaut. Es hat eine außergewöhnliche Raumhöhe und wurde im Jahre 2008 komplett neu erbaut. Das Appartement verfügt über eine gute Isolierung mit Fußboden- und Pelletsheizung und auch ein Lärmschutzfenster.
