Unser neu renoviertes Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und doch zentral am Ortsrand von Bernau. Die 5 Wohnungen sind mit voll ausgestatteten Küchen, Flat-TV, Safe, mit stilvollen Möbeln vom Schreiner eingerichtet udn haben alle Süd-Balkon oder Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge. Zudem steht allen eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gartennutzung, Fahrradgarage und ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind nicht weit von unserem Ferienhaus entfernt. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege können direkt vor der Haustür gestartet werden. Das Strandbad am Chiemsee ist gut mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Im Winter ist bei ausreichender Schneelage der Einstieg in eine Langlaufloipe nur 50 m entfernt. Die Skigebiete der Steinplatte, Hochkössen, St. Johann sind ebenfalls in 30-45 min erreichbar.
