The space
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has King Bed and another has Queen bed. There is fully equipped Kitchen with all utensils and amenities for our guest to be able to cook if desired. The apartment also has a living room. One Full Bathroom. Pack N Play can be provided for free on request.

Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.

Apartment is just great

The apartment is really great and everything is brand new. But the agency forgot to send check in instructions, we called them and were all set. Be aware to get instructions 2 days before or call them. In VRBO the location was directly on the water, in reality not at all. If you want to stay in this area, the location is great but we drove every day to Acadia park or supermarket about 25-30 minutes. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here again.
