You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Family Tides - 7 Koerber St. Large family home.
Light filled and generously sized home is great to host families, fishermen, golfers and any water enthusiast. Easy to spread out and relax gazing at Mt Gulaga. Fantastic central location close to all Bermagui has to offer - beaches, river, cafes, shops, golf course and country club.
When walking into the property you will notice the large lounge room with huge flat screen TV and plenty of room to relax.
Next to the kitchen, the dining area has another flat screen Tv and can be sectioned off with a curtain to provide a second lounge area.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with electric blanket, Tv & bedside tables and lamps.
The second bedroom has set of single bunk beds, queen bed
The third bedroom has a queen bed , single bed
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed
The first bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
The lovely north facing deck has an outdoor setting and BBQ as well as views looking over Gulaga mountain.
Linen - Guest will need to supply your own linen -Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Boat parking and a double garage.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.

Fishing Shack
Smoke detectors had batteries removed.
Carpets stained and tacky under foot.
BBQ was filthy.
Large gas bottle was disconnected and laying beside house.
A bit disconcerting given the fires all around Bermagui.
Premium price paid. Certainly not worth it.
Managing agent or owner neglect.

Great place to stay!
Overall great house. The place was clean, quite spacious (and bigger than expected) for 10 people, and in a good location. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.
