Quiet location, but not very comfortable...
Quiet gated location; could hear the frogs and crickets at night. Inside partially updated - new LVP flooring and new oven/stove. Beds were rock hard with thin pillows. Sheets & towels were clean. Ants in the bathroom, kitchen and family room. Thermostat had a program to keep temps at 85 during day and 75 at night. It was possible to lower temps to 70, but when we were out for the day...we returned to a very hot place! Only 1 TV in the family room, but no cable provided. Washer and dryer worked but were loud. Worse part was the security camera in the outside shed focused on the side door, which was the door with the coded lock on it! So, we were being watched the entire time we were there!! Did not feel comfortable with that and made me question if there were cameras inside too!

The house needs updating
The sofas were duct taped and sheets were used to cover them up. The screen door was broken so we couldn’t use the sliding glass door to go in and out. The table outside wasn’t stable enough to eat a meal outside. The steps outside need to be repaired. The comforters were stained. Overall the house needs a deep cleaning and the house needs updating.

Our stay was nice, we just wasn’t able to watch tv I don’t know why, I couldn’t figure it out. Just kept saying unavailable. So idk. Other than that is was nice. Thank you!!
