Welcome to Sunshine at Ocean Pines and all it has to offer. Swimming Pools, Parks, Boating, Golfing, and walking/ biking paths. This impressive home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen that seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast nook. The living room has a large sofa and loveseat that cuddle up next to the fireplace (off for the season) and view the large 75" tv. The Florida room features a table top surfboard with 4 chairs, sofa, loveseat and a TV. The space
Our home features dimmable lighting with an open floor plan, 9' ceilings throughout and 14'vaulted ceiling in main room. Hardwood floors in the main room, carpet is in all 3 bedrooms.
The Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bathrooms and 25' Florida room all have ceramic tile. Desirable split bedroom floor plan with separate laundry room. Dining table on deck seats 6, additional seating on lower patio.

Ocean Pines is a 10 minute drive to Ocean City and has over a dozen
