Thank you for a really fabulous stay. The kids loved their cookies, milk and welcome pack and it was a lovely surprise to be given a goodie bag each for the journey home. The staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt really looked after. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lots of choice for a delicious breakfast, and kids ate free in the evening with our main meals. On the first night they had a choice from the buffet, on the second it was from the children’s menu, where they had a starter, main and dessert. They loved it! We will definitely be staying with you again.

Stayed here overnight as part of a two day Legoland visit with our two boys. Hotel was great for kids, activity pack and milk and cookie on arrival were nice touches plus a drink and muffin when they left. The swimming pool was good for kids to have a play in and the gym was decent. Kids had the free buffet dinner which was more than adequate and the breakfast was very good. Room clean, no issues parking. There were lots of families but given it was the Easter holiday to be expected. Would def use another of these hotels.

The check in, out was very good the staff were great and friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, bed comfortable and bathroom/shower was good. The bar and restaurant area is large, plenty of space and comfortable seating. During lunch time, at the weekend, it was quiet and the food and service was very good. In the evening it was very busy, if you want to eat in the restaurant I would reserve a place but the bar area is very comfortable but very busy. But the service and food was still quite good despite being very crowded, noisy, and busy with families. If you want a quiet meal I would suggest else where. Breakfast was good, nice selection of food to eat, again was quite busy but the staff were great. Overall a good hotel, if you want something more quiet and relaxing in the evening I would recommend going out. Rooms were great, staff were great. Good hotel for families, good location for Windsor.

This was a surprise, this hotel has much more than a normal holiday inn starting with the facilities (pool, gym) and ending in the room Quality. It is not luxurious but has everything. Breakfast was great with huge variety and quality, and the staff was as friendly as you can get, we even met a front office staff which was Portuguese. Great

Looked ideal for a visit to Legoland with our son. Booked in at about 3.30pm 030418. Nice drink in the bar but bartender seemed to be run off his feet. Room nice and spacious and beds seemed comfortable. Time for a swim before our evening meal. The pool was ok but on the chilly side. Booked our evening meal for 7.30pm. We were slightly early going into the restaurant but they were very accommodating. We chose the set meal with two glasses of wine at £40. Kids eat free. My wife took our child to the kids buffet where all the usual kids meals were catered for. Our child was in his element and got everything he wanted. We had previously given the waitress our order. So we waited, and waited, our child finished his meal and our starter had not even arrived, never mind the extra bottle of wine we ordered at £23. Eventually my mushroom soup arrived with rock hard butter straight from the freezer for the bread that was served with it. We had noticed that the air conditioning was turned on and at a very low temperature. A little word to no less than three waiters who promised to turn it up. We could see other diners were also feeling the could and one actually put on a hoody jogging top. Anyway we had the same long wait for our main course and as the hotel could not serve the wine we ordered they served up another choice with the promise of a 10% reduction.. the motzarella chicken I ordered must have just been sat next to the motzarella because it was distinctly less than average with its green beans and potatoe croutons. All in all a less than average meal.not what I expected from such an upmarket hotel chain. You will have to do better in order to assure my return, escpecially when you presented me with a £72 meal bill including your 10% service charge. Kids eat free, mmmmmm? Not really at those prices.

My wife booked the stay for my birthday as a hopping off point for Windsor Castle and a nice dinner at the Royal Oak. For these purposes the hotel was perfect, very convenient and around £12 in the taxi to the pub for dinner. The hotel is clean, modern and staff very friendly. Sadly it is overrun with children, complete chaos. This makes, what looks like a really nice pool inaccessible if you want a leisurely swim. The bar area before bed time is a whirlwind of running, shrieking- imagine a crèche fuelled by Lego and sugar steroids. Obviously if you have kids then this is probably the place for you. If you want a quiet stay, try somewhere else.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip and found it quite good. It does look a bit dated from the outside and it could maybe do with a bit of updating on the inside BUT it's in a handy location that is quiet and the rooms have everything you need. My room was small and would have been tight for two people but it more than did me on this business trip. Bed was comfy and warm. Air conditioning worked to keep the room at the right temperature for me without being too noisy. Bathroom served it's purpose. Can't complain. I ate in the bar/lounge for dinner and was disappointed. The fish and chips were greasy and not very good. Was disappointing. Given the hotel is a bit remote there aren't many dining options unless you head into be town centre over a mile away. I used the gym and although small it did me. It's popular with both locals and residents so I saw a few people turn away disappointed they could get on a machine. There is a pool as well for those that want a swim. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked with usually breakfast supplies. Pleased with the selection available. Would come back and recommend.

Booked a two night stay for myself, partner & daughter through Legoland website. Included two days access to the Park and two nights bed & breakfast for £319. Kids under 12 eat free at the holiday Inn if a adult meal is purchased. Very friendly staff. Family friendly which is a must as appears a lot of families use the place for Legoland access. It’s approx a twenty minute drive to Legoland traffic pending. Parking at the hotel is free for guest but make sure you register your Reg on arrival. The hotel staff prompt you to do so at check in so don’t worry to much. There’s a health club with a lovely pool area which was great. And times quite flexible. Occasionally no pool access for aqua classes etc but your given a timetable on arrival. My daughter got a activity pack and free cookie and milk on check in and a goodie bag on leaving including a muffin, fruit and juice which was a lovely touch and helped for the long drive home. Hotel does look dated from outside but inside is lovely and clean. Very very comfy beds. Great size room. Bathroom slightly dated but served its purpose. Breakfast was lovely and fresh each day. Plenty of fresh fruit, hot food, cereals etc. Evening meals we had were lovely and the kids free meals fab. A great stay. We had a very memorable Legoland break and would defiantly recommend and use this hotel again.

Me my partner and the child came to this hotel for a hockey tournament ... we purchase the bridal suite as there were no more rooms left!!! And to be fair a little bit more expensive but totally worth it!!!!! The service is fantastic Kiera and James in the lounge bar were the best serves we have ever experienced... the staff at this hotel are amazing I travel frequently for business and I'm used to high standards, I came here for a personal stay with my partner and daughter and I was dumb stuck ... with out incredible the service was in this hotel . Thank you

It is located in the nicer part of Maidenhead and has plenty of rooms. Pretty standard room with amenities. We sat in the lounge area until late at night and were still served at the bar which was great. The room was quite comfortable and peaceful. No breakfast included in the price and at £89 it was pretty steep. But that’s Holiday Inn for you.
