Cozy apartment in Bergün, Graubünden with a fantastic view

The 50 sqm 2-room apartment is in a quiet location on the 1st Floor of a house with seven apartments. From a large balcony (all around 10 sqm, from east to south to west) you have a wonderfully wide, unobstructed view of Bergün and the Graubünden mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly vis-à-vis. A garden space at the house is available for general use. The walk to the town center with bakery and supermarket is 5 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor pool with a beautiful lawn is located 50 m from the apartment.
The lovingly furnished apartment is designed with laminate flooring and consists of a bright living / dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (tub with shower) with toilet. The modern fitted kitchen has an electric hob with an induction hob, a refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment and is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar. In addition to a powerful WiFi connection, there is a compact hi-fi system with a radio and CD player. (possibly. Please bring aux cable for the connection of smartphones.)
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you want to bring a pet, we ask you to coordinate this with us beforehand.

Very nice stay
Wir waren während 4 Tagen bei herrlichem Sommerwetter in Bergün. Das ruhige und authentische Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und das Waldschwimmbad gleich neben dem Haus prächtig. Die Wohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great Place to Stay
we had our 1 and only rainy day in Switzerland when we hit Bergun. Franziska's place was perfect. She provided board games and a very comfortable place to stay. Thanks for having our favorite game Rummicube and scrabble. I give this place 5 stars and had the weather been better we could have done some hiking.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berge und Bergün
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung, alles ist so wie beschrieben. Auch zu dritt war für drei Tage kein Problem. Die Nähe zum schönen Kurhaus mit Restaurant / Café und toller Sauna ist großartig. Wir hatten Ende Februar viel Glück mit ein paar Tagen Neuschnee und Sonne, wenig Leuten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Traumhafte Aussichten
Wir haben die Woche in Bergün in dieser exzellenten Lage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist im Verhältnis Preis-Leistung voll in Ordnung. Der Standart ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Der große Eckbalkon mit der vorbeifahrenden Bahn bietet eine herrliche Kulisse und viele tolle Momente zum Ausspannen. Vielen Dank.

Entspannung in wunderschöner Landschaft
Wir haben unsere Zeit in Bergün im späten Frühjahr sehr genossen. Die Wiesen leuchten in blau, gelb, pink und weiß um die Wette, die Berge haben noch Schneereste und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, vor allem die Küche bietet alles, um wirklich gut kochen zu können. Bergün ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort, der einige tolle Wandermöglichkeiten bietet. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und haben mit dem Graubündenpass auch die wunderbaren Bahnstrecken genossen. Vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung aus hat man mehrfach Ausblick auf die Albulastrecke und kann beobachten, wie sich der Zug durch Kehrtunnels den Berg hinaufschraubt.

Traumurlaub
gemütliche einfache kleine Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick mit ein paar Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den verschlafenen kleinen Ort mit Bäcker, mehrere kleine Hofläden mit Angeboten direkt von Bauern und einen kleinen Supermarkt auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß viele wunderschöne Ausflugs- und Wanderziele in unmittelbarer Nähe das kleine Freibad ist für die Sommerurlauber nur 1min von der Unterkunft entfernt Bahnfans bekommen durch die direkt vorbeiführende Strecke herrliche Motive ... ein besonderer Ort für eine besondere Zeit

Aussattung der Wohnung
Hallo, die Wohnung war von der Lage her wirklich hervoragend, die beiden Balkone sind schon eine tolle Sache mit dem Blick auf die Berge. Leider mussten wir bei der Ankunft erstmal die Wohnung saugen....desweiteren sind die Auflagen der Gartenstühle zerissen und können besser im Schrank bleiben. Die Wannenarmatur tropft auf den Wannerand und das duchen gestaltet sich schwierig, da die Handbrause nicht, wie es sein soll, an eine Duschstange hängt. Ansonsten hat uns die Zeit sehr gut gefallen.
