Step inside a spacious hallway that leads you to the beating heart of the villa: a generous living space spanning a remarkable 100 square meters. Expansive steel-framed windows invite natural light while a cozy wood stove and French doors to a front deck add warmth and a sense of openness. Through the hallway, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each boasting its own luxurious bathroom adorned with exquisite Italian mosaic tiles, featuring amenities like bathtubs, sinks, and walk-in showers.
