Magic hotel is centrally located very near the harbour and a good place to stay. We were there last month early September for a night. Rooms are compact but have everything. Beds are comfortable and hotel is clean. Good breakfast selection. They have tea and coffee facilities for no extra cost in the lobby 24 hours a day which was the best part. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly reception staff, allowed us to check in early and gave us an upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment. Breakfast was self service buffet, very busy but well managed. Ideal location for exploring Bergen, fjords and Fløyen. We will definitely be back ❤️🇳🇴

Breakfast was wonderful. A lot of options to choose from. We had to switch rooms 3 times. The 1st time - room was on the 5th floor(when we opened the bathroom it smelled so bad and there was pee left on the toilet and a sock under the bed. Room was a bit small. Second room was on the 6th floor way smaller than the 1st room so we didn't like it. The final room was on the 2nd floor - big one but the windows does not open up since window is facing the restaurant. I liked the heated floor of the bathroom. The front staff was kind enough to provide us with a fan to let the air circulate and make our room comfortable and cool. All in all I like this hotel. Close proximity to many sites, restaurants and transportation. A bit pricey but i think worth it.

Great location & nice hotel

Great location on the wharf, by all the shops and restaurants. The free Breakfast was really good and lots of options. Room was on 6th floor and was basic and ok, heating didn’t seem to work all the time but heated floor in bathroom was great for drying wet clothes. I would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than have to keep going to reception to get a hot drink every time & ask for milk, overal great stay.

The room was small but usable, and reasonably priced. I felt I got what I paid for. Breakfast was very good, and the lication excellent. I would stay here again. We were very happy.

When we arrived early the gent on reception did not hesitate to check us in. The room was clean and the bed comfy. It was cleaned daily. The only improvement would be to provide tea / coffee making facility in the room. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold items. Location was excellent.
