Our apartment is only 3 kilometers from the center of Berchtesgaden and is still in a fantastic panoramic position at 750 meters. The house is located in a listed ensemble next to the famous Baroque pilgrimage church (well-known postcard idyll). From the bedroom, from the living room and from the terrace you can enjoy the great unobstructed view of the Watzmann. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. A restaurant with good home cooking is in the immediate vicinity. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Our 87 sqm apartment was completely renovated / refurbished in 2019 and equipped with high quality furniture. Our house is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed. A free parking lot is available in front of our house.
In our 87 sqm apartment you can use WiFi in all rooms free of charge.
All rooms have underfloor heating.
Our apartment has a large anteroom / hallway with a seating area, a bathroom with shower / toilet, an additional toilet with window, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating, a large living room (27 sqm) with a couch (can become one if required Fold out bed) with two upholstered armchairs and satellite TV with a large screen, a dining table with chairs in the living room, a bedroom (22 sqm) with a double bed and additional satellite TV, a room with a washing machine and dryer for free use with storage space for example Skis and bicycles.
