The top tier houses a modern open plan kitchen and living space and 2 bedrooms, both with A/C, ceiling and floor fans, (1 with sea views) looking towards Spring bay to your right, Industry on your left, along with the islands of Balliceaux and Battwa ahead. The lower tier has amazing sea views, 2 bedrooms with step free access to the pool. Both with ceiling and floor fans. Wrap around terrace captures the sound of the sea with unrivalled accessible views
