The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!!

First hotel ive been to where there was no in person attendant but wow this was a greay experience. Easy parking, clean, good location. And the room was HUGE. Excellent value for money. The rooftop onsen was decent, could be better but that was just a bonus.

Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. 良かったです。

部屋も綺麗に掃除されていて裸足で歩いて逆に床のフローリングが気持ち良いです。 屋上の露天風呂は良かった。 ただ３人同時だと狭いかな。

チェックインの手続きがきちんとされておらず、入るのにかなり時間がかかりましたが、電話したらスタッフの方が迅速な対応をして下さいました。 露天風呂からの景色はとても良かった上に、別府湾で行われた花火大会がお風呂から見物できて最高でした。

新しいので部屋は綺麗だが、壁紙がはかれかけてるなどメンテナンスが必要と思う。露天風呂は狭くお湯がぬるい。部屋の風呂もぬるく、冬は寒いと思う。 安いプランだったためか、駐車場が2台スペースだったので、停めるのに苦労した。ハッチバックの開閉、ドアミラーなど気を使う状態。 別府は価格が高めのホテルが多く、大分の方が安いところが多い。安さの面でここは良かったと思う。由布院に向かうのに場所も良かったと思う。
