This apartment has an exclusive location on the southeastern shore of the Achterwasser lagoon in Balm on the island of Usedom. Look forward to free use of the in-house wellness area.

You can also borrow a set of men's and women's golf clubs free of charge. Upon request, guests of our holiday apartment receive a 30% discount on the Baltic Hills golf course.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick zum Achterwasser (Balmer See). Ecklage mit quasi 2 Terrassen.
Ein bisschen negativ: Parkplatz etwas schwierig zu beparken, wenn Nachbarparkplatz belegt ( bei uns frei, somit kein Problem).

Gemütliche Wohnung am Achternwasser
Wir waren 7 Nächte in der Residenz am Balmer See.
Nichts fehlte, alles war da und alles in einem super sauberen Zustand.
Herr Käferstein war als Vermieter auch schon im Vorwege für uns da! Herzlichen Dank dafür, gerade in der Corona Zeit war es für uns besonders wichtig.
Wir kommen wieder in die tolle Wohnung!
Danke für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Juli/ August 2020!

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sofa Wohnzimmer für große Leute zu klein. Sehr sauber und einladend.

Still und erholsam
Außerhalb der Hauptsaison ist das Achterwasser von Usedom mit seinem Zipfel "Balmer See" und besonders die am Ende der Straße liegende Residenz eine Oase der Ruhe. Die beiden Häuser mit den gut geschnittenen Ferienwohnungen sind toll ausgestattet und überzeugen mit vielen Details (auch technisch) und hochwertigem Interieur. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübernahme und -rückgabe (weil es ein Sonntag und ein Feiertag war), lief unkompliziert mit vorheriger kurzer Abstimmung per Telefonanruf durch myUsedom24. Vom Balmer See aus lässt sich mit dem Auto ganz Usedom gut erreichen, ein Abstecher nach Polen ist ebenso drin wie Sport und Wellness - oder Chillen in der Wohnung.
Alles in allem wunderbar!
