Other Important Details
• No smoking or events are allowed at any time on the property.
• Only registered guests are permitted on-site for liability reasons.
• For stays longer than 3 weeks, we provide basic cleaning every other week (excluding dishes and laundry). A cleaning fee applies and will be charged before check-in via Airbnb. The cleaning crew will perform a general cleaning and disinfecting, excluding dishes and personal laundry.

Friendly Rules of the House
• A detailed “Friendly Rules of the House” guide is available on the Airbnb App—please text me to confirm you’ve read it and with any questions.
• Towels: one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest; two extra sets in the linen closet. If you require extras, please bring your own or ask in advance (helps keep cleaning fees low).

• Only registered guests allowed overnight.

You’ll receive the lockbox code a day before your arrival day.

• We’ll send you the code the day before your arrival
• WiFi is in the Airbnb App under Wifi info
• On checkout, please scramble the lockbox dial numbers after use and send a quick message when you’ve checked out.

A kind note: our kitchen is intended for light, everyday use and is not equipped with commercial-grade ventilation. To maintain a fresh atmosphere, please avoid preparing heavily aromatic meals, as certain cooking odors can linger longer than expected.
1. This is a smoke-free home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Should you smoke inside, we will have to charge you for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000.

2. In order to comply with local ordinances and to be good neighbors, parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged with us.

3. As per the Condominium HOA rules, pets over 30 pounds are not allowed.
