Welcome to your private hillside retreat! Just 5 min from XNA Airport, 25 min to Walmart HQ, and 30 min to Razorback Stadium. This walkout home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (soaking tub & walk-in shower). The primary bedroom features 2 Queen beds, while the second bedroom has a full bed and is accessed through double doors (please note: this room has no exterior window and the door does not lock). Enjoy a private theater with Samsung projector & 8 recliners, pool table, piano room, office, full kitchen, and living room with fireplace. Relax outside on the shaded patio with propane grill, outdoor fireplace, and hillside views.

Please note: the owner resides on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home. Guest entrance is at the rear of the property, accessed via a natural stone walkway on the side of the house.
