House was exactly as advertised and just what we needed! Stayed for a week over New Year’s with 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space. The main room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were large and comfortable. The converted garage gave the grandparents a space by themselves with a full bath and kitchenette as well. Easy to check in and out. Great location close to downtown Bentonville.

The password to unlock the keypad didn’t work when we arrived. I texted the number provided and they were responsive within minutes. It took 5 codes and almost 1 hour outside with mosquitos & we were loading up to get a hotel when the last code worked. House was immaculate fully stocked with everything, huge backyard & hot tub. So even though the code issue was annoying, they were problem solvers & were helpful.

Perfect stay with toddlers inlaws

The home was perfect for our twin boys and having the in-law suite for grandma and grandpa was even better. Comfy beds, tastefully decorated and the hot tub was great bonus. Short drive to everything in town. Will definitely stay again!

Girls weekend

Great stay! House was so easy to get to and close to Crystal Bridges. Beds were very comfortable along with pillows. Kitchen was very well equipped. Towels for hot tub. (We didn’t use hot tub but towels were there) easy access, quiet street. Our stay was great!!

Comfortable and quiet

The property was very comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located and nice neighborhood. I appreciated that the host adequately stocked the house with all kitchen and bathroom essentials. Also, the check out process was super easy without having the occupant do a ton of cleaning before leaving. Great stay and highly recommend!

Clean and Great Location

It fit all our needs. It was clean, left small things such as laundry soap, dryer sheets, pool towels, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Great place for dogs, kids and adults. Fenced in yard was a plus. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place for a cycling-centric stay!

Our family group of 8 adults and 2 young children fully utilized the space available. The property is conveniently located near Coler and you can ride the Walton path to the Razorback Greenway or take streets with/without bike lanes. Short drives to any MTB trailheads in Bella Vista, Bentonville, or Rogers. Sound carries a bit on the plank flooring, so you might consider white noise machines if any in your group stay up much later or rise much earlier than the rest. The host is a professional property management company and, honestly, they are the single best combination of technology and staff that I've dealt with. I had a minor issue with the shed and they got a maintenance tech out within a few hours and resolved it. We'll be back.
