Host was very quick to respond! Location was hit and miss for us but the price was good enough to justify driving a few extra miles. House was presented in pictures as it was when we got there!Pros: affordable, space for all our groupCons: beds were very uncomfortable, linens were tossed in the linen closet no organization whatsoever, upstairs smelled of cigarette smoke (possible issues from next door), furniture felt very weak and not comfortable.Overall was not bad for the night or two we stayed other than a select few issues we found when we arrivedOverall the whole place in itself had amenities that sufficed for our group but the lack of cleaning by a “professional” crew as we were told and organization from the same crew for linens and such

Host was very unfriendly. Pubic hair in tub. Hair covered the hand towel. Beds messy; hardly made. Killed 2 roaches. Was told not to wear shoes indoors; stepped on a screw; horribly stained carpet. Pathetic furniture; unstable. No decor to make it homey. Loud neighbors. Broken door facing. Linens tossed in closet.

To attend Homecoming in Siloam Springs

Our stay was perfect. The distant was a little longer in mileage then we except. But it was perfect for our needs. We just needed a place to rest. We were up early left and came back late. Parking filled up late at night if you wanted to park close but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable I would stay again .

Great Value Townhouse

This apartment was clean and provided enough space for us to relax. The beds were more firm that we are accustomed to. Also, on the day we arrived we received a message that there is a no-shoes-inside rule for the property. Also, there was a small table-top ironing board, which is difficult to use if you have a lot of ironing for your stay. Overall, it was nice to have a dishwasher and washer and dryer for our clothes. It was a great value townhouse, conveniently located and did its job.

Baseball tourney stay

Overall, our stay was good. Very close to the venue for my grandson’s baseball tournament. Only items of concern was the overflowing trash bin located adjacent to our unit. Not sure I understand the policy of not wearing shoes…I’m not comfortable walking on anyone else’s floor without my shoes!

Great Weekend Stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this couldn't have been more perfect. More space than a hotel room and very convenient- Wal Mart is right next door and adorable downtown Bentonville is just a mile away. Host was immediately responsive. Some of the materials such as toilet paper, furnishings, etc were a little cheap but that's to be expected at this price point. A great value!
