In town for bike race

The location of this property is close to the square so we could ride our bikes everywhere. The garage was perfect for managing bikes and gear. Plenty of space for the two of us to spread out. Washer and drier made it easy to go home with clean clothes.

Awesome Trip

I picked this place for a birthday trip for myself and the family (thankfully) agreed to come along. We had a BLAST. Bentonville is amazing. Let me get into the great things about this stay and the things you may want to know about before you book it: The Great: Location. We have a 6 and 9 year old and this spot is a two minute bike ride from local schools with some awesome playgrounds. Kids loved those. Also within that same distance were trailheads to some green circle trails that the kids also loved. You're within a 10 minute bike ride to downtown where you can catch the All American trail and be on your way to mountain bike glory - we rode in almost daily and even hit up dinner after a few trail rides and rode home. Coler is about a 15 minute bike ride away (with kids), Handcut Hallow is a 10 minute car ride away, and The Back 40 is also about a 10 minute car rider. Walmart is a 30 second car ride away. The location in relation to town and the bike trails is excellent. Comfortable and clean. This place was immaculate. Extremely impressed. Had everything you need to get started. Beds were comfortable but a little soft in the master (you'll live). TVs in every room. Washer and dryer were great to have available. Communication. Couldn't ask for better. Text messages, emails, they kept in touch and were available at any time for us. Things you should be aware of: The yard is REALLY tiny. The hot tub kinda smelled, so we didn't use it. The neighborhood is just OK.

AWESOME

This house was awesome! We were so impressed with how clean it was and had everything we needed. There was even a full bag of ice in the freezer. We had our bikes with us so having the garage was a huge plus. It was everything we hoped it would be!

Excellent!!

The duplex is super clean, extremely well furnished with quite literally everything you need to feel at home. We were immediately impressed with how comfortable everything was and how much the place had to offer. Great little enclosed yard (great for our dog), with an amazing jacuzzi to end the nights with, and a garage to store our bikes and gym equipment. Location is wonderful, within walking distance to trails and biking distance to the incredible mountain biking trails. Super quiet, quaint little neighborhood only minutes away from the amenities of grocery stores and the downtown scene! Truly a great stay. Would recommend 10/10!

Great Location

So close to everything- we could easily walk or bike to downtown, Crystal Bridges, trailhead. We were able to travel with our dog and that was a big plus and plenty of space for our bikes and gear!

Lovely little home

We had an amazing stay! The house looked exactly like the photos and was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook a quick meal. The location couldn't be better! We were able to ride our bikes into downtown for coffee, meals, and even trips to rhe park. Garrett and the Weekend Management team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back! (One thing to note, the en suite bathroom is not in the room with the king bed, so plan accordingly for who sleeps where)

Quick MTB stop

The property was perfectly suited to our family for a quick stop to mountain bike on our way to TX. The "kids room" slept 4 comfortably and the dine in kitchen had room for all 6 of us around the table which is actually one of the reasons we chose this one. It is located close to trails and food which worked out perfectly. The games and living room even got used during the morning rain when we couldn't go riding. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you!

Great experience!

We had a great little getaway and enjoyed this house. Cost was great, and we were surprised actually that, at such a reasonable price and allowing pets, it was so nice and modern. We did not have any issues other than the front door needing a little finesse to open (called and they immediately talked me through finessing, no delay at all) and we didn't have any further issues. Great location, less than 5-10 minutes for everywhere we wanted to go in town. Highly recommend!
