The property was great. The location was quite and safe.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was so dark on the living room side I had to move lamps out of the bedroom just to get enough light to see. Also, the T.V in the living room didn’t work, it wouldn’t turn on no matter what we did. We were also woke up at 8:30 on Saturday by house keeping!!

The entire experience was awesome. The check-in, room, staff and amenities were amazing. Great bar area for socialization. The restaurant food were extravagant.

Noisy hallways and ac Smells bad Shower drains very slowly

Stopped over on a long trip, late check in. Great location but most of the local watering holes were drying up by 10 p.m. on a Sunday night -- still the Chancellor's bartender helped us find and then let us watch a Red Sox-Yankees game through extra innings, probably long after he'd have preferred to clean up and close out. Other nighttime staff also friendly and patient.

Great central hotel and perfect for our needs during a short college visit.

Great location...had a meeting and it was great.

The hotel is conveniently-located, in-town. The staff is helpful and professional.

Very nice, convenient location. The bed is a little too soft. But overall nice room.

Great hotel, staff, bartenders, valet, you name it! Outstanding hotel! Great service!

Staff, cleanliness and location was awesome! The food in the hotel restaurant were great. Awesome hotel bar with outstanding friendly bartender. Very Friendly environment. I will be back!

Flew into Northwest Regional on way to Locust Grove... needed a nice stay over with walking distance restaurants... this fit the bill just fine... next time we will just dead head it to Locust Grove and make sure we have two nights in a row at the Chancellor...! Cool city...

In the past I have enjoyed staying in this hotel. But this time I was given a room on the 4th floor on the backside of the hotel and there was too much outside noise! To combat this problem, the hotel provided ear plugs. Other than that everything was fine.

The hotel was very nice and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did miss a wake-up call on the morning we were leaving. Fortunately, I had back-up :-). In the restaurant, we had a super great server on Saturday and Sunday, but the Monday through Wednesday crew left a lot to be desired. Often left unattended and one very unhappy person. Having said that, the experience overall was great and the front desk and valet personnel were awesome. The room was huge and very comfortable; just a little soft on the mattress. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This is a good spot if you want to get a feel of the downtown area. Rooms are ok, but you really can hear the people in the room next to you - everything from conversation at a normal level to a couple consummating the room with medium to low passion volume. The hall is pretty stuffy as well. The valet service is absolutely the worst! I sat outside even wondering if there was a service when I arrived for check in. I actually had to get out of my car to go ask if there was a service. The valet was behind the service counter hanging out with the concierge. When I left it was a different valet, but same complaint. I went and stood outside at an empty stand. After a bit the valet who was again hanging out at the concierge came out.

We were there for a wedding reception and there was a second one at the same time all done without a hitch.
