Le point fort de la rĂ©sidence est son excellent emplacement Ă  Benodet, trĂšs proche de la plage et de toutes les commoditĂ©s, commerces, pharmacie
. La rĂ©sidence est plutĂŽt agrĂ©able, arborĂ©e et l’accueil correct. Pour le reste je ne pense pas que le standing de la rĂ©sidence soit celle d’une 4 Ă©toiles
 PropretĂ© Ă  revoir, la cuisine Ă©tait dĂ©goĂ»tante, les couverts et les placards sales Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, le lave vaisselle Ă©tait plein nous avons du ranger nous mĂȘme. La poĂȘle Ă©tait dans un tel Ă©tat de vĂ©tustĂ© que nous avons dĂ» en acheter une neuve. La table de sĂ©jour Ă©tait poisseuse et sale, pas adaptĂ©s pour des logements de ce type. Bizarre quand on insiste autant sur l’importance du mĂ©nage dans la note remise aux arrivants
. Les lits Ă©taient corrects sauf les oreillers, de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ©. Le wifi Ă©tait catastrophique, quasi inutilisable, autant ne pas le mentionner dans l’annonce. Nous avons Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© déçus par la terrasse donnant sur un parking de voiture, nous n’en avons pas profitĂ© du tout. A propos de parking, attention les places sont chĂšres si vous rentrez tĂŽt ça, sinon problĂšme de nombre de places de stationnement, insuffisant. La piscine est bcp trop petite vu le nombre d’occupants, nous avons dĂ» rebrousser chemin plus d’une fois faute de place
. Bref, rĂ©sidence correcte Ă  condition de ne pas se formaliser sur l’hygiĂšne et de prĂ©voir l’essentiel de votre sĂ©jour en dehors de l’appartement

Sehr nette Apartment Anlage in hervorragender Lage. Strand und Hafen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einige Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt.

pas de mauvaise surprise juste un pb sur le parking il faudrait juste mieux contrÎler l'accÚs quand on rentre tard d'excursion, c'est un peu compliqué. Pour le surplus, la résidence est idéalement située à deux pas de la plage et la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus.
